My opinion....


Did a free trial day while visiting family who are members. He loves, she also does as part of her various types of workouts.

First, I hate running on treadmills.....I am strictly an outside runner, unless there is snow preventing me otherwise. Since the main cardio portion of all workouts is running on a treadmill, it's not for me.

Also, you're hooked up to a heart monitor, which is annoying (IMO).

The rest of the workout is fine....rowing machines and various kinds of interval/plyo/TRX stuff. But that's what it is limited to and if you're not doing a scheduled class, you might not be able to do anything on your own at the same time, if all machines/workout areas are taken.

Not really much in terms of free weights that aren't dumbbells.....not really sure there are even benches to do much (?)
